I, ______________________(Please Print full name), In exchange for consideration received, I hereby give permission to the licensees Rock Brothers Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a All American Bikini Team (allamericanbikiniteam.com) and other web site(s) hereinafter referred to as "The Studio", their legal representatives, assigns, and those acting on behalf and with their permission to use my name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless, “The Studio”, their legal representatives, assigns and those acting on their behalf and with their permission from and against any liability resulting from any distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form whether such is intentional or otherwise which may occur, result, or be produced in the taking of said photographs, video or film or by processing or reproduction of any finished product, its publication or distribution of same.  I waive the right to approve or inspect the photographs or video, advertising copy, multimedia product, merchandising item, broadcast production or printed matter used in conjunction therewith.

I hereby warrant that I have read this release agreement in its entirety prior to submitting the required information and images and that by submitting said required information and images, I am hereby giving my electronic signature and agreeing to be legally bound the this model release.  I agree that this release shall be binding on me, my assigns, licensees, legal representatives, successors in interest, heirs, and all persons and/or corporations acting with my permission.  In the event that any portion of this agreement is considered unlawful, the remainder of this contract is still considered valid. I also agree that I have been compensated adequately for the release of the covenants, and or items, contained herein.

I acknowledge that the photography session was conducted in a completely proper and highly professional manner, and that this release was willingly signed.   I further agree not to sue and to hold Rock Brothers Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a All American Bikini Team (allamericanbikiniteam.com), his web sites & URL’s, his assigns, licensees, legal representatives, successors in interest, heirs and all persons or corporations acting with his permission from any and all claims and liability from my child/ward arising out of the above activities.
