BY SUBMITTING THE REQUIRED INFORMATION AND IMAGES,
YOU ARE GIVING YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND
AGREEING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS TEAM MEMBER MODEL RELEASE

ASPIRING TEAM MEMBERS 16 & 17 YEARS OF AGE;
MUST CLICK HERE FIRST AND FIRST SUBMIT THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM.

Agreement
The model agrees that by submitting photos to www.allamericanbikiniteam.com, that she has all rights to such photos, and that such rights will be transferred to www.allamericanbikiniteam.com for the purposes of promoting such model as member of the www.allamericanbikiniteam.com network of promotional bikini model teams and/or web sites. I further attest that I am 18 years of age or older and/or have parental consent to participate as a model on www.allamericanbikiniteam.com and/or affiliate sites and/or any preliminary pageants/events in which I am selected to participate.

Release and Hold Harmless
In consideration of my selection as a model on www.allamericanbikiniteam.com and/or affiliate sites and/or any preliminary pageants/events in which I am selected to participate, I hereby grant in perpetuity to www.allamericanbikiniteam.com, their agents, assigns, affiliates, employees, and/or representatives the use of my photograph, video, likeness, voice recording, autograph and name for all publicity and all media, including but not limited to internet, worldwide in perpetuity and commercial purposes in connection with www.allamericanbikiniteam.com, www.allamericanbikiniteam.com, it's preliminary pageants and events wherever located, and similar products. I do also release www.allamericanbikiniteam.com, any host location(s), their agents, assigns, affiliates, employees, and/or representatives from any and all liability or gross negligence before, during or after the event(s), and any and all liability associated with my activities and participation in any event.
